The reputation of Marlfield was built on its food, much of which is grown in the garden. Fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit grow abundantly and are gathered daily. Wild salmon, spring lamb, Bannow Bay oysters, Wexford mussels and beef all feature very strongly on the restaurants menu.

Dining in our flower filled Turner style conservatory overlooking the garden with its frescoed walls and sparking silver is a truly memorable experience. It is hardly surprising that Marlfield's restaurant has gained so many accolades over the last twenty years.
